Rules for Shipping
Orders submitted after 6 p.m. on business days will be processed the next day, and all goods are sent within 2-3 business days after receipt (not including weekends and holidays). After Friday at 6 p.m., orders are sent on or before Tuesday of the following week.

Update on COVID-19 We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, as some carrier services may have unforeseen delays in transit or brief delays in delivering tracking information. Our first concern is making sure that your items arrive as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING (812 DAYS)
For international orders, we provide standard shipping. For purchases of $65 or more, delivery is free. Purchases under USD 65 will incur a USD 5.99 delivery fee. These are only projected delivery dates. Occasionally, the shipping company or foreign sorting may cause a delay.
PROCESSING
Every order is handled in 1-2 business days. On weekends and major holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments can be a few days late if we are dealing with a high volume of orders. Please give the delivery process more time. We will notify you by phone or email if there is a major delay in the dispatch of your item.
CANCELLATION
Order cancellations are permitted up until the merchandise is dispatched. If the order is cancelled, you will get a complete refund. As soon as the goods are delivered, we are unable to cancel the purchase.
EXCUSES FROM EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Throughout the contiguous United States, UPS is the only expedited delivery option we provide. Rural residential addresses can require one or more extra delivery days. Any mail carrier delays brought on by bad weather or other circumstances are not our responsibility.
Taxes, duties, and customs
Any customs fees or taxes that are imposed on your order are not the responsibility of Emil. Any charges incurred before, during, or after shipment are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
