Processing Time for Orders
Between 2 and 7 business days, we process and mail out every purchase. We will provide you with a Track-and-Trace code so that you may follow your shipment and check the remaining delivery time when the order is shipped out and accepted by the carrier. Please give the tracking information between one and five hours to update.
Modifications to the Shipping Address
Please send us an email with your new shipping address if you would like to modify the shipping address for your order. We are no longer able to change the mailing address once the purchase has been dispatched.
Delivery Times, Prices, and Shipment Options

Limitations on Shipment
Please be aware that some constraints prevent our couriers from guaranteeing safe delivery to specific destinations. Deliveries that go bad

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages in Transit

Returns and Refunds
Due to a change of heart, return
Change of heart refunds is not accepted by Pribo. The item must be delivered back to us unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please be aware that we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for any reason other than if an item was damaged or lost in transit. The item must also be returned with all tags still attached, in its original packaging, and without having been cleaned.
Guaranteed Returns
The 10-day Pribo warranty period is offered. You have ten days from the time you get the shipment to lodge a warranty claim if you wish to do so. We will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the box containing the goods for the claim. Please be aware that misuse or improper treatment of the goods is not covered by the warranty; only manufacturing faults are covered. If we determine that your product qualifies for a warranty claim, we will replace or repair it at no additional cost to you.
Return and Refund Policy
How much time do I have to submit a return?
The return request must be made within 10 days of the day you received all of your ordered products in the same order. Within 7 days after the day your return request was submitted and authorised, your return package must be dispatched.
Cost of return shipping
The cost of shipping is on the customer. Pack the returned products carefully and send them to our warehouse in Sweden. It is crucial to remember that the returned goods must be in their original packaging and condition. It is also advised to use a trackable delivery option to guarantee that the shipment reaches our warehouse on time.
