They don't reply via email when you SMS them about your order. I paid $65 for my order, but it hasn't come yet. The wig is delivered extremely slowly. I'm not sure if it could stand up to heat or dampness because it was synthetic. I won't ever buy anything from the seller. Yong Guo Mei is the name of the employee from this made-up company who severely scammed me. Look for reviews on more websites, such as "Pissed Off Customer," "Trust Pilot," "Reseller Ratings," etc. TRULY WRONG This was my second purchase from this email. I'm happy with this retailer's customer service abilities and how promptly my item was delivered to me. Excellent-grade hair is used! I corrected it right away. Return Procedure
We welcome returns if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Our warranty period is 15 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 15 days have passed since the delivery of your item. Lace must be intact and hair should not have been washed for wigs. You can not apply heat, styling products, or scents. Pictures with the lace intact are necessary. Weft for bundles must not be worn, unravelled, or otherwise interfered with. Unlawful returns will not be accepted. We are never able to change or cancel an order once it has been delivered. Please do not reject parcels even if you no longer desire the hair, since we will not be able to provide a full refund if the box is rejected without first notifying our customer care.
