Refund policy
We want you to love your LLUME pieces as much as we do. If you're unsatisfied, we want to fix that. We offer free returns for store credit or exchanges on all unworn merchandise in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you'd prefer a refund to your payment method, we offer a pre-paid shipping label for $5 (which is deducted from the refund).
You have 14 days after receiving your item to seek a return under our 14-day return policy. You have up to 10 days from the time you request a return to ship the item back to us. You may get in touch with us by email to begin a return. After a return is approved, we'll give you a return mailing label along with directions for sending your product. Without initially requesting a return, we are unable to process your return for a refund or exchange. All return-related questions can be sent to us via email.

We do not provide free shipping, prepaid return labels, or prepaid label swaps for purchases shipping outside of the United States or Canada. We will accept returns and exchanges as long as you can send the item to us at your own expense.

We would gladly cancel your order and issue a refund if we were unable to meet a deadline.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers monitored free shipping. After your order ships, you'll get tracking information through email (if applicable). Please provide the tracking number within 1-2 business days to "activate" online.
