Terrible service

So I purchased shampoo and balsam 11.0. Today is February 18th, and guess what? I sent two emails. just no updates or responses. It's amusing. When they guess what occurs, you write the same thing: "You need to wait a little bit longer." You are just making money off of those who believe you. Wonderful Why do you have time to respond to questions here but not to emails? I'd want to return my money and cancel my order.

I knew I had to be patient since they told me they were busy. 19 days have passed with no shipment. Even though I have a lot of patience, this is taking a little too long. I hope to hear from them shortly. If you decide to order here, be patient. While shipping takes some time, I don't believe the scent is false.

unprofessional Twelve days have passed since I made my order. There are none. My emails received no answers. Don't place an order on this website! Wish I had placed my order someplace else! I have asked for an update on shipment in seven emails. I've also asked for the cancellation of my complete order. Only automated answers devoid of any information are returned by the firm. They immediately withdraw the money for your purchase, but they never really send it. Extremely unprofessional. I'd like my entire order cancelled and my money returned right away.
