Refund Policy
RETURN
Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be brand new and in the same condition as when you got it to be eligible for a return. Also, it must be in its original packaging. Some products cannot be returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are examples of perishable items that cannot be returned. Moreover, we do not accept dangerous things, contain flammable liquids or gases, or are intimate or hygienic goods.

If necessary, refunds
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. If you're accepted, your refund will be processed, and within a certain window of time, a credit will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Refunds that arrive late or don't arrive at all
Check your bank account one more time if you haven't gotten a return yet. After your refund has been properly posted, get in touch with your credit card provider. Contact your bank next. Exchanges (as appropriate)

GIFTS
You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was labelled as a gift when it was purchased and sent to you directly. You will get a gift voucher in the mail when the returned item has been received. We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn't identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.
SHIPPING
The expense of your postage when returning an item is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one. The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive will depend on where you reside. Do not send anything back to the address provided on our website; instead, request the return address by contacting our customer care.
