Cancellation
Don't return the item to the address shown on our website; instead, request the return address by contacting our customer service. Before the production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the purchase.
Returns (if applicable)
Products may be returned to us. Consumers have the option to request a return within 14 days of the product's delivery.
